Refund policy

Returns

The Dahl Farmhouse carefully inspects all of our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, reed diffusers, wax melts, perfume and room sprays cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at tori@dahlbaby.com for further details

Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
